Robbie was fit and active when he was young but as he became older he became less active and his health started to suffer. His bones and joints started to ache, and he was becoming tired more easily and more often. After a big shock to the system and a trip to the Doctor, Rob came to the realisation that it was time to get fit again.
As Robbie’s fitness improved, he decided that he wanted to help others take back control of their lives and he undertook the training to become a PT. Having extensive experience in helping clients, this was the best thing he could do to help other people become more fit and healthy.
Best of all Rob can show you how you can still eat chocolate, have a coffee and the occasional cheat meal and still achieve your goals.
