Here at Fit Baby Boomers, the first thing we do is sit down and have a consultation with you. Through our discussion, we’ll find out what it is that you want, where you’re looking to change, why you want to set these goals and the challenges you’re facing in achieving them. Once we’ve uncovered this information, we can then arrange a personal training program that is tailored specifically for you. Your program may include cardio circuits, strength training, kettlebell training, core training, group sessions and boxing workouts.
