You are not too old to exercise!
You are probably sick of people saying you are too old to exercise, or it could hurt you. Nothing could be further from the truth. Exercising can help in a variety of illnesses and can increase your well-being and way of life. The best thing to do is to start today and work on a goal to have a fitter body. Take it easy at the start, (if you are out of shape.) It is easy to feel discouraged at the start. Start out slow, have a trainer help you with the right form and give you achievable goals. “Small exercise goals” can have a huge impact on your overall health.
